[Onboarding] How do you collect useful onboarding feedback instead of polite feedback?

I think the timing and the questions matter a lot. If you only ask, “How was onboarding?” right at the end, most people will give a polite answer because they are still new, cautious, and not fully sure what normal looks like yet.
