[Onboarding] What do you do when new hires are leaving early in the first 90 days?

If early attrition is happening, I would treat that as a signal that something in the hiring-to-onboarding path is misaligned. It could be the role itself, the manager handoff, the onboarding experience, the expectations being sold in recruiting, or the pace at which people are expected to become effective.
