[Supplier] How do you think about lead time, quality, and service levels when comparing suppliers?

I look at those factors in terms of business consequence. Lead time matters, but so does lead-time reliability. Quality matters, but so does how quickly issues are contained when something slips. Service level matters, but only if it actually helps the business absorb variability instead of just sounding good in a quote.

So I do not compare those factors as separate boxes to check....
