Propose a small efficiency trial within an associate’s role

During packing, you notice repeated trips to collect approved carton sizes from a shared supply point. You think a small quantity at each bench might reduce walking. Stocking locations and quantities require lead approval. You may propose a trial, but may not move stock, alter workstation layouts or bypass safety checks independently. Explain the trial you would suggest and how you would decide whether to keep it.
