[Execution] What is your approach when a system says one thing but the floor, warehouse, or supplier says something else?

I do not assume the system is right just because it is official, and I do not assume the anecdote is right just because it feels urgent. I want to reconcile what the system is recording with what the operation is actually seeing and figure out where the mismatch started.
