I try to separate work that truly needs buyer judgment from work that should move through cleaner standard paths. If everything feels urgent and manual all the time, then the function never gets enough time to solve the problems that keep making the routine work so noisy.
Personally, I also rely on triage discipline, recurring review habits, and cleaner stakeholder expectations. Routine work matters, but it should not crowd...
