[Supplier] How do you prepare for a supplier review meeting?

I want the meeting to be about decisions, not just status. So before a supplier review, I pull the performance facts that matter, compare them to commitments, identify the trends that are getting worse or better, and decide what I need from the conversation: correction, clarity, pricing discussion, escalation, or alignment on next steps.
