[Supplier] How do you evaluate supplier risk beyond price?

I look at supplier risk across several angles: operational reliability, financial stability, quality history, capacity, lead-time consistency, concentration risk, geographic exposure, and how transparent the supplier is when something starts to go wrong. The right mix depends on the category, but price is only one part of the picture.
